Product name:	EntiLink? PCR Master Mix
產品介紹:	EntiLink? PCR Master Mix是即用型的常規PCR預混合溶液，含有Taq DNA Polymerase、dNTP混合物、MgCl2以及優化的緩沖體系。反應時只需加入引物和模板即可進行擴增，大大簡化實驗的操作步驟。產品中含有溴酚藍染料，PCR產物可以直接進行電泳。本產品中含有優良的穩定劑，在4℃條件下可以放置3個月。PCR產物具有3’-dA突出端，可輕松克隆至T載體。
產品特點:	產品使用方便，只需要取0.5倍體系體積的2×Taq PCR Master Mix，加入引物和模板以ddH2O補足體積即可。
